Send, request, and pay in store. From a wallet that is yours.
ShyPay is a self-custody USDC wallet. Cash in from your bank or card through a regulated partner, then send to friends, request what you are owed, and pay at the register. Your purchases are not added to a card-network profile.
No one can move your money without you — not ShyPay, not anyone else. ShyPay never asks for a seed phrase. ShyPay is in development and not yet available to the public.

One balance. Send it, get paid into it, spend it, cash it out.
Money in ShyPay is USDC on Solana. That is what lets it move between people in seconds and settle at a register without a card network in between.
Send and request with people
Split a dinner, pay back a friend, collect rent from a roommate. Send to another ShyPay user or to any Solana wallet address. Send a request and get paid into your balance when they approve it.
Pay in store
Pay any vendor that accepts ShyPay directly, and any store whose checkout runs ProxyPay's point-of-sale integration. Scan the request at the register, check it, approve it. The merchant is paid on Solana and sees a payment, not you.
Cash in, cash out
Add money by card or bank transfer through the regulated provider, and cash out to a bank account the same way. The provider handles identity checks, quotes and bank flows; ShyPay never sees your identity file.
At the register: three steps, and the last one is always yours.
Paying a friend works the same way: you see every detail, then you approve. Nothing moves until you tap, and no request can pull from your wallet on its own.
Have a balance
Cash in through the regulated provider, get paid by a friend, or receive USDC from any Solana wallet. Whatever is in your balance is what you can spend.
Scan the request
The merchant's register shows a signed payment request. ShyPay verifies the signature, expiry, amount, and network on your phone before it shows you anything.
Approve, or don't
Every critical field is on screen. You approve with a separate, explicit tap. Your device signs the transfer; the merchant confirms it on Solana.
A request has to pass every check before you ever see it.
ShyPay verifies each merchant request on your device against the open payment request protocol. Anything that fails is rejected outright. There is no "proceed anyway".
Signed by a known issuer
Ed25519 signatures checked against published issuer keys. A revoked key is rejected even if the signature is valid.
Fresh, and used once
Expired or not-yet-valid requests fail. A request ID, reference, or nonce that was seen before is refused.
Exact amount, exact asset
The USDC mint, decimals, network, and recipient must match what ShyPay is configured for. No lookalike tokens.
Approval is its own step
Funding your wallet, scanning a code, or verifying a request never sends money. Only your explicit approval does.
Privacy, not secrecy.
Every dollar enters and leaves through a regulated provider that verifies your identity and follows the rules in your region. What changes is narrow and specific. With a card, the network, the issuing bank, and a chain of processors each get a record of every merchant and every amount. ShyPay does not collect what you buy, and payments are not routed through card networks.
Paying with a card
- The card network sees every merchant, location, and amount
- Your issuing bank keeps a full spending profile in your name
- Processors and data partners receive the same feed
- The merchant gets your name and card details
Paying with ShyPay
- Your bank sees the funding transfer, not a list of your purchases
- The merchant sees a confirmed payment and the paying wallet address, not your name or account
- The friend you pay sees your ShyPay name and the amount, nothing else
- ShyPay never collects merchant member IDs, receipts, or what you bought
- ShyPay never holds your keys, your funds, or your identity file
Solana is a public ledger, so transfers are visible on-chain. They are not attached to your name, your bank, or a card profile, and ShyPay does not link them for anyone.
ShyPay and ProxyPay are separate companies under common ownership, and that relationship is disclosed to our providers and partners. They are built to run on separate systems, and ShyPay does not receive merchant records or what you bought. Identity checks are carried out by the regulated provider where money enters and leaves the system.
Nobody can move your money without you.
ShyPay is a self-custody wallet: ShyPay never holds your keys or your funds and cannot move, freeze, or sign for your money. Signing uses a split key — one part stays on your device and one part is held by the wallet provider, Dynamic, in secure hardware. Neither part can sign alone, so no one, including ShyPay and Dynamic, can move your money without you.
- Recovery and export are being built on Dynamic (dynamic.xyz): you would restore your wallet through Dynamic’s recovery, and export your private key to take the wallet elsewhere. ShyPay never holds either.
- Funding and cash-out are being built on Ramp Network, which would handle identity checks, quotes, and bank flows. ShyPay does not see your identity file.
- Nobody at ShyPay will ever ask for your seed phrase, private key, or recovery material. Treat any such request as fraud.

Support is reached from inside the app, so we know it is you. We will tell you plainly when an issue belongs to a provider, and point you to them rather than guess on their behalf.
Contact ShyPayThe four questions everybody asks first.
Short answers here. The full list, grouped by topic, is on the FAQ page.
Is ShyPay anonymous?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Money enters and leaves through Ramp, which verifies your identity under the rules in your region. Solana is a public ledger, so every transfer is permanently visible on-chain. What ShyPay changes is that your merchant-by-merchant spending is not assembled into a profile in your name.
Does ShyPay hold my money?
No. ShyPay is not a bank, holds no deposits, and is not insured by any deposit insurance scheme.
Can I use this to avoid taxes or reporting?
No. ShyPay is a privacy product, not an evasion product. You remain responsible for your own tax and legal obligations, exactly as you would with cash or a bank account. Ramp performs identity verification and applies the law in your region at both ends.
When can I use it?
Not yet. ShyPay is in development and there is no public release. The honest answer to "when" is that we will not give a date we cannot keep. Join early access and you will hear from us when there is a build to try.
Assessing ShyPay as a provider, a partner, or counsel?
ShyPay, LLC is non-custodial software. It never holds customer funds, keys, or fiat currency; the regulated activity sits with an independent licensed ramp provider. The money flow, the prohibited uses, and the data boundary are written out in full.
